If you need to reschedule your training session, we advise you to contact your instructor directly. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Please contact us for any cancelled bookings to receive a refund of the gross booking amount.
At what point do I have to pay the instructor?
ZingaraFit will ask for your payment information to complete your online booking. However, not until after the training session is completed does the sum owed get debited from your account or credit card.
Can I pay the instructor in person?
No. All payments are carried out through the ZingaraFit website. This allows ZingaraFit to insure instructor quality and provide you with secure payment methods.
