Money Back Guarantee

We hope that each training session is enjoyable and to your satisfaction, but in the case that it is not, you can request a refund if you are unhappy with your experience.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to (1) have booked via the Zingarafit website and (2) have left a poor review with a zero star rating on your instructor’s profile page.

Your claim needs to be submitted through the dispute section on your ‘Sessions & Reviews’ page within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.

Upon review, Zingarafit will refund the gross booking amount (-15%) within 7 business days.

How Payments Work

1. Book your instructor.

Once you’ve chosen your instructor, you will need to enter your billing information, after which the amount due for the booking will be put on hold (much like a ‘hold authorization’ on your credit card for hotel bookings). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

2. Training session completed.

Once the training session has ended, clients will need to finalize the session by clicking ‘Finished’ on their Sessions & Reviews page. ZingaraFit will then transfer the amount due for the booking, minus the contribution to ZingaraFit (15%), to the instructor’s payment account.

3. Payouts to Instructors.

Once clients select ‘Finished’ for their training session, or 48 hours after the completion of the session (whichever comes first), ZingaraFit will transfer the amount due for the booking, minus the contribution to ZingaraFit (15%) and PayPal’s service fee (2.9% plus $0.30) to the instructor’s PayPal account.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your booking, please contact your instructor on ZingaraFit and see if an alternative date can be set. We’ll verify this in your account. If no alternative date can be set, please contact us by using the dispute button on your Sessions page at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking and we will refund your payment.

Refund Policy

You will be refunded the amount of your booking if (1) you cancel your booking 24 hours prior to your scheduled training session or (2) if you are dissatisfied with your instructor after completion of your session, you can file a claim with ZingaraFit under our Money Back Guarantee. In order for your claim to be valid, you need to submit your claim to ZingaraFit through the dispute section in your ‘Sessions & Reviews’ page within 24 hours of your booked session. ZingaraFit will not accept refund claims for cancelled bookings or dissatisfied sessions after 24 hours of a booked session.
